Simulation study of temperature field of large area concrete slab by alternate segment concrete pouring
At present,most of the numerical simulations of the temperature field of alternate segment concrete pouring method consider the effect of heat of hydration of cement,ignoring the effect of inhomogeneous temperature field and curing conditions on the temperature field.The empirical method is mainly used for the division of the pour size.HETVAL and FILM subroutines in ABAQUS were used to simu-late the temperature field of concrete slabs under the alternate segment concrete pouring,taking into account the effects of hydration and ex-othermic properties of concrete at early ages,construction ambient temperature,construction sequence and construction time interval,etc.The results show that the prepared temperature field calculation program has good applicability.The slab thickness and ambient temper-ature have great influence on the temperature gradient,and the pouring sequence and pouring time interval have influence on the early age temperature.The corresponding design and construction opinions are put forward for alternate segment concrete pouring method.The formula for calculating the maximum length of a single pour under the alternate segment concrete pouring method was constructed,which based on the maximum temperature change in the concrete slab and the tensile strain at the beginning of concrete cracks.The formula was used for obtaining the maximum length of a single pour under the alternate segment concrete pouring method.
