摘要

厦门阳光龙净总部大楼,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,存在"扭转不规则""楼板不连续""局部的穿层柱和个别构件的转换""塔楼偏置"四项不规则,属于特别不规则性超限工程.采用YJK和PKPM两种软件,对结构进行小震弹性分析,并采用SAUSAGE对结构进行大震动力弹塑性分析,得到地震作用下结构的变形和损伤情况.针对其薄弱处采取加强措施,保证结构在大震作用下,能满足不倒塌的抗震性能目标.此外,对核心筒剪力墙面外搭梁处的暗柱采用PKPM进行补充验算,供工程设计参考.

Abstract

Xiamen Yango and Longking Headquarters building,the use of reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system,there are"torsion irregularities","floor discontinuity","local through the conversion of columns and individual components","tower offset"four ir-regularities,belongs to the particularly irregular over-limit project.YJK and PKPM software were used for small earthquake elastic analysis of the structure,and SAUSAGE was used for large earthquake dynamic elastoplastic analysis of the structure.The deformation and damage of the structure under earthquake were obtained,and strengthening measures were taken for weak points to ensure that the structure could meet the seismic performance target of not collapsing under large earthquakes.In addition,PKPM is used to supplement the checking calculation of the dark column outside the shear wall of the core tube for reference of engineering design.
