Design research on transfinite structural design of No.1 hotel tower of Xiamen Eton Center
The main body of the project is a frame-shear wall structure with an S-shaped plane.The middle part of the 5 to 7 layers of the superstructure is equipped with transfer trusses to support the upper 11 layers of steel structure.There are many irregularities such as thin waist,irregular torsion,eccentric arrangement,column conversion,and excessive chassis height.The upper load of the project is increased from the original,so it is necessary to re-examine the bearing capacity of the foundation,and set reasonable seismic performance targets based on the seismic performance design.Through the dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes,the weak parts are identified and feasible strengthening measures are proposed.Finally,the joint stress of the cross truss and the force transfer path of the transfer truss under small epicenter are analyzed to ensure that the performance target of medium earthquake is achieved.
