在中国沿海富水地区,泥水平衡顶管法作为市政管线施工的一种主要方法,被广泛应用并逐步推广.但目前,对泥水平衡顶管下穿城市道路引起的地表沉降情况,研究较少.为此,以包头市希望园区再生水管线工程为背景,通过现场监测,对泥水平衡顶管下穿城市道路时的地表沉降情况进行研究,以期为其他工程提供参考.研究结果表明:顶管施工引起地表变形的根本原因,是施工对周围土体产生扰动,主要是千斤顶的挤压、刀盘的切削扰动,以及注浆压力.地表变形总趋势是先出现沉降,然后隆起,再快速沉降,最终趋于细小波动状态.顶管顶进过程中,位于顶管顶进轴线上的沉降变化最大,顶进轴线两侧的沉降变化相对较小.
Measurement and Analysis of Ground Settlement of Slurry Balanced Pipe Jacking Underpassing Urban Road
In China's coastal water-rich areas,slurry balance pipe jacking method as a main method of municipal pipeline construction,is widely used and gradually promoted.At present,there are few studies on the surface settlement caused by the slurry balance pipe jacking under the urban road.Therefore,this paper takes the reclaimed water pipeline project of Baotou Hope Park as the background,and studies the surface settlement of the slurry balance pipe jacking under the urban road through on-site monitoring,in order to provide reference for other projects.The results show that the root cause of surface deformation caused by pipe jacking construction is the disturbance of surround-ing soil caused by construction,which is mainly the extrusion of jack,the cutting disturbance of cutterhead and the grouting pressure.The general trend of surface deformation is first subsidence,then uplift,then rapid subsidence,and finally tends to a small fluctuation state.In the process of pipe jacking,the settlement change on the jacking axis is the largest,and the settlement change on both sides of the jacking axis is relatively small.
