城市地下综合管廊不均匀沉降裂缝渗漏治理研究

地下综合管廊作为城市的重要基础设施,其结构的安全可靠对城市的运行建设,具有重要意义.以福州东南快速通道综合管廊工程为案例,结合管廊施工参数与有限元软件,分析了不均匀沉降下综合管廊的变形和受力特征,阐述了管廊裂缝渗漏的形成原因,并针对不均匀沉降裂缝的渗漏水问题,提出了对应治理措施.研究结果表明,土体承载力的流失与管廊重压,是管廊沉降的主要原因,差异性的承载力流失,导致了不均匀沉降,造成变形缝渗漏;结构顶部应力不足而产生拉裂缝,造成管廊裂缝渗漏.现场施工结果则表明,所采用的针对性治理措施效果良好,满足地下工程防水要求.
Study on Leakage Treatment of Uneven Settlement Cracks in Comprehensive Pipe Gallery
As an important infrastructure of the city,the safety and reliability of the utility tunnel structure is of great significance to the op-eration and construction of the city.Taking the comprehensive pipe gallery project of Fuzhou southeast expressway as an example,the de-formation and stress characteristics of the comprehensive pipe gallery under uneven settlement are analyzed by combining the construction parameters of the pipe gallery and the finite element software.The formation mechanism of the crack leakage of the pipe gallery is expoun-ded,and the corresponding treatment measures are put forward for the leakage problem of uneven settlement cracks.The results show that the loss of soil bearing capacity and the heavy pressure of the pipe gallery are the main reasons for the settlement of the pipe gallery.The loss of differential bearing capacity leads to uneven settlement,resulting in leakage of deformation joints,and finally the stress at the top of the structure is insufficient,resulting in tensile cracks and leakage of the pipe gallery.The construction results show that the targeted treat-ment measures adopted have good effect and meet the waterproofing requirements of underground engineering.
