Exploring the Landscape Design of Waterfront Space in the Mulanxi Yuhu New City Section of Putian City
Riverside spaces are carrying people's lives and social activities.Currently,many regions are revitalizing waterfront areas,resto-ring public vitality in waterfront areas,and improving the quality of cities.Therefore,This paper takes the ecological restoration and en-hancement project for the dike shore of the Mulanxi Yuhu new city section in Putian city as an example.By investigating and analyzing the current situation and dissecting the problems of the site,it explores the elements of landscape design in flood control riverside spaces.It delves into the subject through the establishment of design principles,the rectification strategies of the dike,the creation of dike landscape spaces,the incorporation of regional culture into the architecture,etc.This turns flood and flood control from functionalization to landscape-oriented,creating a modem riverside experience space that combines functionality and landscape.
