Exploring the path of rural development in poverty-stricken areas guided by planning in key support villages——Take Luokui Village in Butuo County as an example
The planning of key helping villages is a project-based construction-type planning in the context of poverty alleviation in the period of rural revitalization,which belongs to non-statutory planning and has not yet been incorporated into China's urban and rural plan-ning system,and has obvious differences with the traditional statutory village planning in terms of the compilation method.This paper takes Luokui Village,a poor village in Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture,as an example,and puts forward the upgrading strategy of key help-ing villages in poor areas from four aspects of production,life,ecology and governance through the combing of village characteristic re-sources and the diagnosis of development bottlenecks,with a view to providing references for the development of villages in poor areas in the period of rural revitalization in china.
