Research on the Territorial spatial detailed planning method of Shaoyang Taohua New Town under the goal of"double-carbon"
The"Double Carbon"goal is the new requirement for the territorial spatial planning under the background of ecological civiliza-tion construction.The paper focuses on the preparation method of territorial space detailed planning.First of all,the paper systematically re-views the preparation experience of the detailed planning under the guidance of low-carbon ecology in recent ten years,and discloses the connotation of"double-carbon detailed planning".And then takes the controlled detailed planning of Taohua Newtown,Shaoyang City.The paper proposes the whole process comiling method,which including of identifying carbon sink space in the early stage,designing to reduce carbon emissions and increase carbon sink space in the middle stage,and constructing double-carbon control index system in the later stage.The double-carbon idea is applied throughout the whole process,and provides a quantitative method of calculating carbon emissions and carbon sinks based on different land use schemes.
