Research on the design of prefabricated concrete external wall panels for a certain project
Prefabricated concrete exterior wall panels are suitable for various types of main structures and exterior facade requirements.This article combines engineering examples to design and study deformation forms,connection nodes,installation,experiments,and other issues in the design of prefabricated concrete external wall panels.Starting from the adaptability of external wall panels to the deformation of the main structure,it analyzes the requirements for small earthquake elasticity of external wall panels,medium earthquake elasticity of connection nodes,and non yielding during large earthquakes;The main focus of this article is on the connection node of a point supported rotating pre-cast concrete external wall panel.Through the design,finite element analysis,installation,and experiments of this node,it is shown that it has good mechanical performance,simple structure,and convenient construction.It can be installed in place once,reduce the lifting time of high-altitude operations,and adjust construction and installation errors.
