Application status and countermeasures of New Technologies in Existing Building Detection and Appraisal
As the usage time of existing buildings increases,various damages may occur,such as structural components cracking,deforma-tion,leakage,etc.Through detection and appraisal,these damages can be discovered and evaluated in a timely manner,and corresponding repair and reinforcement measures can be taken to ensure that the building is in a safe and reliable state,improve the building's resistance to disasters,avoid potential safety hazards caused by building reliability decline,and reduce the loss of people's lives and property.With the continuous development of society,the demand for detection and appraisal of existing buildings in"urban renewal"is also constantly in-creasing.To make the detection and appraisal of existing buildings more efficient and reliable,it is necessary to consider the integration of high-tech.The reasonable use of high-tech is an important driving force for the development of industrial technology.Therefore,continued attention should be paid to the use of high-tech to help the sustainable,stable and healthy development of the existing building detection and integration industry.
