以福建省山区县城某自来水厂为例,对水处理系统和排泥水系统,分别采取叠合式构筑物优化设计,以达到节约水厂占地面积,降低高边坡高挡墙施工难度和投资的目的.对机械混合絮凝沉淀池下部叠建清水池竖向设计及检修孔、通气孔、溢流、穿孔花墙的设置细节和注意事项进行了剖析;对污泥浓缩池下部叠建排泥排水池平面设计及进泥管、出泥管、溢流管的设置要点进行了探讨;希望可以对相似工程的设计工作提供参考.
Analysis on the Design of Superimposed Structures in Waterworks
This paper takes a water supply plant in mountainous county of Fujian Province as an example,the water treatment system and the sludge drainage system are respectively optimized by the superimposed structure design,in order to achieve the purpose of saving the area of water plant,reducing the construction difficulty of high slope and high retaining wall and investment.It analyzes the vertical design of the superimposed clean water tank in the lower part of the mechanical mixing flocculation sedimentation tank and the details and precautions of the setting of manholes,ventilation holes,overflow channels and water distribution wall.This paper discusses the plane design of the super-imposed sludge drainage tank in the lower part of the sludge thickener,as well as the key points for setting the inlet,outlet,and overflow pipes.Hoping to provide some reference significance for similar engineering design works.
