基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的机场改扩建工程环境危害识别与防治研究

当前,在交通强国战略背景下,机场建设项目迎来了蓬勃发展的热潮,然而其带来的环境问题也愈发突出.以福州长乐机场一期改扩建工程项目作为研究对象,运用AHP(层次分析法),构建机场改扩建项目环境危害因素评估指标体系,计算各层级指标权重.再结合模糊综合评价法建立模糊评价矩阵,经过矩阵向量运算,得出各环境危害因素指标重要度排序.最后识别出长乐机场一期改扩建工程综合环境危害影响程度处于中等水平,并提出针对性的防治与优化措施,可作为类似机场建设环境管理工作的参考.
Research on identification and prevention of environmental hazards in airport reconstruction and expansion projects based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method
At present,under the background of the great strategy of China's transportation power,the airport construction project has ushered in a booming boom,but the environmental problems it brings are becoming more and more prominent.In this paper,the first phase of Fuzhou Changle Airport reconstruction and expansion project is taken as the research object,and the evaluation index system of environmental haz-ard factors of the airport reconstruction and expansion project is constructed by AHP,the weights of indicators at each level are calculated,and a fuzzy evaluation matrix is established by combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The importance ranking of each envi-ronmental hazard factor index is obtained by matrix vector operation.Finally,the comprehensive environmental harm degree of Changle Airport's first phase reconstruction and expansion project is identified as a medium level,and the targeted prevention and optimization meas-ures are proposed,which can be used as a reference for similar airport construction environmental management.
