Research on the Influencing Factors of Cost of Assembly Building Project Based on AHP
The cost of assembled buildings is generally higher than that of traditional cast-in-place buildings,and this problem seriously restricts the popularization and application of assembled buildings.Taking the cost of assembly building project as the research object,com-bined with the research results of existing literature,we analyze and study the influencing factors of the cost of assembly building pro-ject.The comprehensive weight ratio of each influencing factor is calculated through hierarchical analysis to determine the importance of the influencing factors,according to which the improvement measures of assembly building project cost are proposed,which can provide refer-ence for the value-added of assembly building projects.
