Exploration and practice on the promotion planning of Suburban Integrated Villages in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy——Taking Daping Village in Junshan Area of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone as an Example
In the context of rural revitalization,peri-urban integrated villageshave become the frontline of construction and development and an important catalyst for promoting urban-rural integrated development.Diverse peri-urban integrated villages have different paths of en-hancement due to different internal factors such as their own location and transportation conditions,cultural heritage,resource endowment,and industrial foundation,as well as distinct external factors such as regional policies and non-uniformity of management ownership.This paper takes Daping Village in Junshan Area of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone as the research object,focuses on the dilemma and difficulty of rural revitalization of peri-urban integrated villages under the local strategy of cultural and tourism development of the In-ternational Tourism Island,tries to take problem orientation and goal orientation as the gripping hand,and makes reflections on the five di-mensions of land use control,cultural resources reuse,industrial development,urban-rural support and planning mechanism,and explores the paths for promotion planning and the implementation of peri-urban integrated villages construction.
