Research on the Design of the Fifth Facade of High-Tech Industrial Plants——Taking Phase Ⅱ(Areas E and F)of the Optoelectronic Industry Base in Fuzhou High-tech Zone as an Example
With the rapid development of high-tech industries,the design and construction of high-tech factory buildings have become an important topic in the current engineering field.Taking Phase Ⅱ(Areas E and F)of the Optoelectronic Industry Base in Fuzhou High-tech Zone as a case study,this paper analyzes the background and importance of the design of high-tech industrial bases.The design of the fifth facade,as an important part of architectural design,is the focus of the paper.The paper analyzes the functionality,safety,ecology,economy,and aesthetics principles of the design of the fifth facade of high-tech factory buildings,and discusses the application of these principles in practical projects.It is hoped that this paper will have certain theoretical and practical significance in guiding the design and construction practice of high-tech factory buildings.
