摘要
各地建筑事故的教训,持续地警示着既有建筑的安全问题;而既有建筑的鉴定报告,是考察既有建筑安全的重要依据和手段.在实践的基础上,通过案例总结既有建筑鉴定中的各种常见问题,并给出报告编制上的建议,可供其它既有建筑鉴定项目参考.
Abstract
The lessons of construction accidents around the country continue to warn of safety problems in existing buildings,and the ap-praisal report of existing buildings is an important basis and means of examining the safety of existing buildings.On the basis of practice,this article summarizes various common problems in existing building appraisal through case studies and provides suggestions for report preparation,which can be used as a reference for other existing building appraisal projects.
