摘要
为促进第四代生态住宅项目在市场的落地和推广,对生态住宅的设计过程中进行思考与研究.在分析生态住宅基本概念、政策支持和政策要求的基础上,提出生态住宅设计的基本原则.根据生态住宅功能设计与居住要求,对生态住宅的平面设计、立面设计、建筑防水构造、植物配置和滴灌系统的设计要求进行梳理;最后,分析推行生态住宅过程中存在的问题.
Abstract
In order to promote the implementation and promotion of fourth generation ecological housing projects in the market,this paper conducts thinking and research on the design process of ecological housing.On the basis of analyzing the basic concepts,policy support,and policy requirements of ecological housing,the basic principles of ecological housing design are proposed.Based on the functional de-sign and residential requirements of ecological housing,sort out the design requirements for the flat design,facade design,building water-proofing structure,plant configuration,and drip irrigation system of ecological housing;Finally,analyze the problems that exist in the process of promoting ecological housing.
