基于沥青路面原材料物联网检测的路面质量评估探究

沥青路面质量检测,一向是路面工程的重点.沥青路面涉及的原材料指标参数多样,施工流程与工艺较为复杂,对路面质量评估的连贯性与其质量控制机理,是路面工程中的研究难点之一.从沥青原材料入手,对影响路面实体质量的原材料关键参数进行分析和选取,然后采用物联网技术构建沥青路面物联检测平台,最后选用临金高速公路临安至建德段工程中的实际工程数据,以路面实体质量中的平整度指标为目标变量,采用支持向量机方法,构建沥青路面原材料和路面实体质量间的模型分类器.研究结果表明,支持向量机方法在路面质量评估中具备较好的适用性,且沥青混合料与集料作为输入参数时,模型效果最佳.
Exploration of Road Quality Evaluation Based on IoT Detection of Asphalt Pavement Raw Materials
Quality inspection of asphalt pavement has always been the focus of pavement engineering.Since asphalt pavement involves a va-riety of raw material parameters,while the construction process and technology is complex,it is hard to control the consistency of pavement quality or to reveal its quality control mechanism.This paper firstly analyzed the key parameters of raw materials that affect the quality of pavement entities.Then the Internet of Things technology is used to build the asphalt pavement inspection platform.Finally,the paper se-lected IRI of pavement entity quality as the target variable,and applied support vector machine method to Lin'an Jiande section of Linjin Ex-pressway to build a model classifier between asphalt pavement raw materials and pavement quality.The results show that the support vector machine method has good applicability in pavement quality evaluation,and the model achieved the best performance when asphalt mixture and aggregate are used as input parameters.
