为了加强对地铁车站深基坑施工的管理和减少其对周边环境的影响,分析探讨福州某轨道地铁车站深基坑开挖的质量控制和管理实践.在分析工程项目的基本概况、围护结构、工程地质和水文地质的基础上,对工程管理过程中的重难点进行探讨.根据基坑土方开挖的基本流程和步序,梳理了土方开挖过程中的重要施工节点.在此基础上,对土方开挖、围护结构和大体积混凝土施工等重要的节点进行质量控制要点整理,最后对基坑施工过程中的重要管理要点提出对应的控制措施.
Exploration and practice of Quality Control for Excavation of Rail Stations Based on Deep Excavation and Complex Surrounding Environment
In order to strengthen the management of deep foundation pit construction for subway stations and reduce its impact on the sur-rounding environment,this paper analyzes and discusses the quality control and management practice of deep foundation pit excavation for a certain subway station in Fuzhou.Based on the analysis of the basic overview,enclosure structure,engineering geology,and hydrogeology of the engineering project,the key and difficult points in the engineering management process are discussed.Based on the basic process and steps of excavation of foundation pit soil,important construction nodes during the excavation process were analyzed.On this basis,quality control points for important nodes such as earthwork excavation,enclosure structures,and large volume concrete construction are sorted out,and corresponding control measures are proposed for important management points during the foundation pit construction process.
