摘要
随着建筑业的快速发展,EPC工程项目管理模式在建筑工程中的应用日趋成熟.设计优化作为EPC项目工程设计阶段的重要环节,对于提升工程质量、控制成本、保障工期,具有显著的作用.结合龙岩数字经济产业园产城融合项目实例,探讨分析设计优化在EPC项目中的实际应用,总结了优化的方法、策略及其对项目各阶段的影响,以此探究设计优化对EPC项目的效能作用.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the construction industry,The application of EPC project management mode in construction engi-neering is becoming increasingly mature.Design optimization,as an important part of the EPC project engineering design phase,plays a sig-nificant role in improving project quality,controlling costs,and ensuring project duration.This article combines the example of the Longyan Digital Economy Industrial Park Industry City Integration Project to analyze the practical application of design optimization in EPC pro-jects.It summarizes the optimization methods,strategies,and their impact on each stage of the project,in order to explore the effectiveness of design optimization on EPC projects.
