摘要

为解决大型综合管廊这类特殊复杂的公共基础设施项目中EPC综合管廊设计和施工阶段存在的困难及问题,结合项目实际情况,以厦门市新机场片区综合管廊为工程案例,提出基于BIM的EPC综合管廊项目的应用价值及优势,实际指导施工,为今后BIM技术在EPC综合管廊项目成本管控中的应用提供一定的参考和借鉴.

Abstract

In order to solve the difficulties and problems in the design and construction phase of EPC comprehensive pipe gallery in large and complex public infrastructure projects,combined with the actual situation of the project,taking the comprehensive pipe gallery in the New Airport area of Xiamen City as an engineering case,this paper proposes the application value and advantages of BIM based EPC com-prehensive pipe gallery project,and provides practical guidance for construction,providing certain reference and reference for the future application of BIM technology in cost control of EPC comprehensive pipe gallery projects.
