Research on rural land comprehensive management and industrial spatial reorganization planning based on the development orientation of Zhangpu County's characteristic benefit industries
At present,The development of villages is generally faced with the problems of single industrial chain,extensive industrial land use and lagging organization mode.Characteristic benefit industry is the basic support of village industrial development,and land compre-hensive governance can provide land security for industrial development.Therefore,this study takes Nanpu Township of Zhangpu County as an example,proposed planning strategies for industrial system construction,industrial space reorganization,land comprehensive governance,and development mechanism construction,and explored a spatial planning model guided by industrial development and with land compre-hensive governance as a means,in order to provide different research paths for the spatial planning of universe land.
