摘要
在当前商业建筑发展趋势影响下,商业建筑设计思路趋向多元化.商业建筑设计如何布局、流线设计,在根本上关系到商业建筑的空间资源节约利用和商业建筑的整体氛围,并且影响到商业建筑的使用功能发挥、后期招商.通过福鼎金海岸小区配套商业设计的过程,探讨社区配套商业建筑的流线设计与空间布局设计基本实现思路,并结合案例分析商业设计中的要点.
Abstract
With commercial building design becoming more diverse,the layout and flow line design are crucial for efficient space use,crea-ting the right atmosphere,and ensuring the building's functionality and attractiveness to tenants.This paper looks at the design process for the Fuding Golden Coast community's commercial spaces to discuss the principles of flow line and spatial arrangement in such projects and highlights key design considerations through case analysis.
