摘要
为满足建筑平面功能和立面效果要求,某综合楼项目存在平面不规则、扭转不规则、楼板不连续、尺寸突变、构件间断等各种不规则形式,是具有一定代表性的超限高层建筑.为此,从项目概况、超限检查、性能设计和几个关键构件设计等方面对该项目进行分析梳理.通过反应谱分析、弹性时程分析和动力弹塑性分析,对结构薄弱部位进行了相应的加强,保证了结构达到预设的性能目标.
Abstract
In order to meet the requirements of the floor plan function and facade effect,a comprehensive building project exists in various irregular forms such as plane irregularity,torsional irregularity,floor discontinuity,size abrupt change,and component discontinuity.It is a certain representative exceptionally large-scale building.Therefore,the project is analyzed from the aspects of project survey,out-of-gauge inspection,performance design and several key component design.Through response spectrum analysis,elastic time history analysis,and dynamic elastic plastic analysis,the weak parts of the structure are strengthened accordingly,ensuring that the structure meets the preset performance goals.
