摘要
作为国民经济的支柱产业,建筑业的高质量发展,离不开建筑施工特种作业的安全保障.基于这一时代语境,立足建筑业的安全发展、和谐发展需要,针对福建省建筑施工特种作业人员教育培训现状,对近年来培训过程中存在的问题进行分析研究,提出优化策略,以建立一个能更好满足行业发展需要的特种作业培训模式.
Abstract
Given the pivotal role of the construction industry in the national economy,its high-quality development hinges on the safety as-surance of specialized construction operations.Against this backdrop and in line with the industry's call for safe and harmonious develop-ment,this research delves into the current state of specialized training for construction workers in Fujian Province.It assesses the challen-ges encountered during recent training programs,proposes strategies for optimization,and aims to devise a training framework that effective-ly aligns with the evolving demands of the construction sector.
