摘要
为了研究装配式施工技术在产业园项目中的应用,及装配式施工关键工艺与重难点,在分析项目基本概况和施工工艺重难点的基础上,分析施工工艺和流程.在此基础上,探索利用BIM技术对装配式结构在叠合板拆分、物料统计管理、碰撞检测和场地布置优化等方面的应用情况.研究表明,装配式施工具有便捷快速的特点,通过BIM技术的引入,节约了成本投入,提高了现场施工质量.
Abstract
In order to study the application of prefabricated construction technology in industrial park projects,the key processes and key difficulties of prefabricated construction are studied.On the basis of analyzing the basic overview of the project and the key and difficult points of construction technology,analyze the construction process flow and construction technology.On this basis,explore the application of BIM technology in the disassembly of composite panels,material statistics management,collision detection,and site layout optimization of prefabricated structures.Research has shown that prefabricated construction has the characteristics of convenience and speed.Through the introduction of BIM technology,cost investment is saved and on-site construction quality is improved.
