本研究针对超高层建筑电气设计的关键性挑战,提出实用性的建议.以一个完成设计的超高层综合体为例,提出建筑高度150 m及以上公共建筑采用柴油发电机作为应急电源,保障特级负荷供电.推荐将发电机房置于地下室靠近变电所的位置,变电所则应选在负荷中心附近、商业价值较低且易于运输的区域.对于强电和弱电线路,分开设置竖井,并在建筑高度超过250 m时增设强电井,以优化电力分配.这些建议,旨在提升设计规范的适应性和建筑的电气安全.
Analysis of the electrical design of super high-rise building
This study aims at the key challenges of electrical design of super tall buildings and puts forward practical suggestions.Taking a completed design of a super high-rise complex as an example,it is proposed that the public buildings with building height of 150 meters and above use diesel generators as emergency power supply to ensure the power supply of super load.It is recommended to place the genera-tor room in the basement near the substation,and the substation should be near the load center,with low commercial value and easy trans-portation.For strong and weak current lines,separate shafts are set up,and strong current Wells are added when the building height exceeds 250 meters to optimize power distribution.These recommendations aim to improve the adaptability of design codes and the electrical safety of buildings.
