摘要

当前人们越来越来越注重居住环境的空气质量,住宅设置新风系统成为趋势.以福建省各主要城市为例,分析三居室采用全热双向流新风系统和显热双向流新风系统在冬夏季的热回收量,并得出采用全热新风换气机全年节电量优于显热新风换气机,显热新风换气机全年节电量为全热性能换气机的45%-70%,特别是沿海地区仅为50%左右;同时对全热新风系统在安装(设备及管道)、控制、净化处理等方面的常见问题进行分析,并提出相关解决方案;为制定及设计高效、绿色、低碳的住宅用新风系统提供参考.

Abstract

?In the present society,people pay more and more attention to the air quality of the living environment,and it is a trend to in-stall fresh air system in residential buildings.This paper analyzes the heat recovery in winter and summer of three-bedroom fresh air sys-tem with full-heat and sensible-heat two-way flow,It is concluded that the annual energy saving of the full-heat fresh air exchanger is better than that of the sensible-heat fresh air exchanger,The annual energy saving of sensible heat fresh air ventilator is 45%~70%of the total heat performance ventilator,especially in coastal areas only about 50%;At the same time,the common problems in the installation(equipment and pipeline),control,purification treatment of the full-hot fresh air system are analyzed,and the related solutions are put forward;It provides reference for the formulation and design of efficient,green,low-carbon residential fresh air system.
