Research on the setting ofsupport and hanger of a new type of composite smoke exhaust duct(magnesium crystal silicon board)
Pipe support and hanger design is an important part of the pipe system design.This paper,based on the current national standards and code specifications for pipe support and hangers,uses mechanical principles to analyze the load-bearing capacity of composite ducts.It selects a reasonable span and carries out load-bearing verification for the new type of composite exhaust duct(magnesium crystal silicon board)support and hangers on site,providing a simple and feasible design method for the support and hanger setting of the new type of composite exhaust duct.It helps relevant personnel to carry out reasonable pipe support and hanger design and construction without relying on specialized mechanical software,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pipe system.The calculation method is also suitable for the load-bearing span and frame selection verification of other new types of composite ducts.
