典型变电站海绵城市设计策略研究

在"双碳"要求背景下,为保证电力供应,各地均在大力进行各等级变电站的完善建设.结合系统化全域推进海绵城市建设的要求,进一步完善变电站海绵城市设计的重要性日益突显.基于变电站项目场地布局特点和日常运行规律,分析变电站项目中应用各类海绵城市技术措施的适宜性,以南方某城市典型变电站为例,提出海绵城市整体设计策略,优先采用绿色生态海绵城市设施滞蓄雨水,通过合理的断接和引流方式,组织场地径流.针对电缆沟或电缆隧道阻隔场地雨水管网情况,采用增设排水沟并合理控制竖向高程的方式,解决超标雨水溢流排放的问题.通过对典型变电站海绵城市设计策略进行研究,为同类型项目的设计与建设提供有价值的参考.
The Research on Sponge City Design Strategy of Typical Substations
Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the construction of different level substations is rapidly developing in many regions to support electricity supply.Considering the requirement of systematic and full-field promotion of sponge city construc-tion,it is prominent and important to further promote the sponge city design of substations.Based on the site layout and operating character-istics of substation projects,the suitability of applying different sponge city measures in substations is analyzed.Taking a typical substation project in southern China as an example,the sponge city design strategy is proposed by applying green infrastructures in priority to control stormwater,and adopting efficient disconnection and drainage method to organize site runoff.Regarding the situation that cable trenches or cable tunnels may obstruct the stormwater pipelines,it is proposed to construct drainage ditches and control vertical elevations to discharge overflow.By conducting research on sponge city design strategies of typical substations,valuable references can be provided for the design and construction of similar projects.
