Numerical simulation study on the formation mechanism and influencing factors of landslides in oil pipelines of a certain oil depot
A landslide collapse phenomenon occurred in some locations of the half-slope pipeline at an oil depot in Ningde due to the in-fluence of a typhoon and short-term heavy rainfall.According to the characteristics of the landslide and the surrounding terrain and geolog-ical conditions,a geological model of the slope formed before the landslide was established, and software was used to analyze the stability of the geological model of the slope, analyze the formation mechanism of the landslide body, and carry out numerical simulation and analysis of the slope model under different conditions. The comparative analysis concludes that rainwater infiltration from the cracked oil collecting tank is the main reason for the formation of this landslide;the deeper the depth of rainwater infiltration, the worse the stability of the slope body, and at the same time, the greater the harm caused. With the increase of the foot of the slope, the stability of the slope under the natural state and rainwater infiltration conditions is worse, and the two safety coefficients decline trend is basically the same.Based on the conclusions,a series of observations and recommendations are made. The research results can provide a reference for the analysis and evaluation of similar pipeline slope projects.
