The economy growth style of China has shifted from high-speed to high-quality.Transportation has become a pioneer in the modernization of China,and urban transportation systems will face new opportunities and challenges.The comprehensive transportation sys-tem pays more attention to its leading role in territorial development,regional coordination,and industrial layout.Taking the planning of a comprehensive transportation network in Lianjiang County as an example,this paper studies and proposes a transportation development strategy based on the properties of the city in the overall urban land spatial planning,combined with superior planning and urban character-istics,so as to determine the planning scheme for the comprehensive transportation network,in order to provide a basis for the three-di-mensional network planning of small and medium-sized cities under the background of national spatial planning.
