在应对化工园突发环境事件时,完善的公共应急防控体系能够及时控制污染扩散,避免二次污染事故.公共应急池作为化工园区内的应急防控体系中的核心设施,其规模大小,直接影响化工园区的环境安全和投资成本.为此,将公共应急池与事故废水收集系统结合起来,形成点和线的研究,分析两者的相关性.通过定量分析不同事故废水收集系统的公共应急池规模和投资,研究并总结各事故废水收集系统对公共应急池规模的影响和优缺点,得出事故收集系统收集的雨水汇水分区分配越均匀,公共应急池规模越小的结论.
Study on the correlation between the scale of public emergency pool and accident wastewater collection system
In response to sudden environmental incidents in a chemical park,a well-established public emergency control system can ef-fectively control pollution spread and prevent secondary pollution accidents.The public emergency pond,as the core facility in the emer-gency control system of the chemical park,directly affects the environmental safety and investment cost of the park.Therefore,by combi-ning the public emergency pond with the accidental wastewater collection system,a point-and-line study is conducted to analyze the cor-relation between the two.Through quantitative analysis of the scale and investment of the public emergency pond for different accidental wastewater collection systems,this study researches and summarizes the impact of each accidental wastewater collection system on the scale of the public emergency pond and its advantages and disadvantages,concluding that the more evenly the rainwater collected by the acciden-tal wastewater collection system is distributed,the smaller the scale of the public emergency pond will be.
