Yangli River in Fuzhou is a typical urban black and odorous water with complicated river conditions,facing serious external pol-lution,accumulation of internal pollution,lack of ecological base flow,and degradation of ecosystem.Through the collection of basic data of Yangli,including the direction of the river and its tributaries,exploration data,investigation of the current situation of the watershed,existing pipeline network data,sewage volume prediction,and investigation of sewage outlets,control objectives are determined,and a"one river,one policy"plan is formulated for the treatment of black and odorous water.This paper expounds the content and importance of the research and analysis,and provides reference for the research and analysis of similar black and odorous water.
