摘要
通过梳理已完成工程设计所取得的成效与经验,从有利降本增效、高质量发展的角度,讨论项目全生命周期各阶段中,对项目方案确定、进度推进、质量安全控制等影响较大并容易出现的问题,特别针对农村生活污水治理项目中方案与规划冲突、污水收集率不足、管网设计方案比选、污水处理站址选择、污泥处置及后期运维等涉及关键节点的问题进行深入分析,提出应对对策和处理方案,以期为类似工程设计时借鉴参考.
Abstract
By sorting out the results and experiences achieved in completed project designs,and from the perspective of cost reduction,effi-ciency improvement,and high-quality development,discuss the various stages of the project life cycle,problems that have a greater im-pact on project plan determination,progress promotion,quality and safety control,etc.and are prone to occur,especially for conflicts be-tween plans and plans in rural domestic sewage treatment projects,insufficient sewage collection rates,comparison and selection of pipe network design plans,and sewage treatment station sites We conduct in-depth analysis of issues involving key nodes such as selection,sludge disposal,and later operation and maintenance,and propose countermeasures and treatment plans,with a view to providing reference for the design of similar projects.
