摘要
为研究楼宇自动化控制相关技术在房屋建筑电气系统设计过程中的影响因素,对福州某建设项目进行研究.在分析楼宇自控的基本概念、组成和项目情况的基础上,对楼宇自控系统的总体设计思路进行研究;同时对空调机组控制系统、智能照明控制系统、配变电控制系统、给排水控制系统、大楼自动化管理和自控设备的供电等关键设计节点进行分析和研究.研究表明,楼宇自控系统可以在第一时间发现建筑在运行过程中遇到的问题,达到及时解决问题和节约能源的目的.
Abstract
In order to study the influencing factors of building automation control related technologies in the design process of building elec-trical systems,a construction project in Fuzhou was studied.Based on the analysis of the basic concepts,components,and project situation of building automation,the overall design concept of building automation system is studied.At the same time,analyze and study key design nodes such as air conditioning unit control system,intelligent lighting control system,distribution and substation control system,water supply and drainage control system,building automation management,and power supply for automatic control equipment.The research shows that the building automation system can find the problems encountered in the operation of the building at the first time,and achieve the purpose of solveing the problem in time and saveing energy.
