摘要

低压交流电动机常规采用断路器过电流兼做其接地故障保护,当配电线路较长时,低压电缆的阻抗较大,接地故障电流较小,间接接触防护电器难以满足接地故障保护灵敏性的要求.本文结合工程案例,对低压电动机长距离配电线路采用断路器过电流兼做接地故障保护的灵敏性进行计算分析,并提出提高断路器过电流保护动作灵敏性及其他可行的接地故障保护措施,供后续长距离低压电动机的配电线路接地故障保护参考.

Abstract

Low voltage AC motors commonly use circuit breakers for overcurrent and ground fault protection.When the distribution line is long,the impedance of the low-voltage cable is high,and the ground fault current is small,indirect contact protection devices are difficult to meet the sensitivity requirements of ground fault protection.This article combines engineering cases to calculate and analyze the sensitiv-ity of using circuit breakers for overcurrent and grounding fault protection in long-distance distribution lines of low-voltage motors.It also proposes measures to improve the sensitivity of circuit breaker overcurrent protection and other feasible grounding fault protection measures,providing reference for grounding fault protection of long-distance low-voltage motor distribution lines in the future.
