Study on a Series of Promotion Planning for New Town in Bay Area Oriented to High-quality Development
As important parts of the bay-type city,the new towns in bay area are important areas for the in-depth promotion of the city de-velopment strategy in the new era.The concept of high-quality development provides effective guidance for the promotion planning of new town in bay area.Several major characteristics of the new towns in bay area are analyzed,and the guidance of high-quality development thought to the planning of new town in bay area is put forward.Taking Maluanwan new town in Xiamen as an example,this paper explores the ideas,contents and methods of promotion planning of new town in bay area oriented to high-quality development from the aspects of ec-ological protection,city-industry development,historical and cultural protection and three-dimensional city construction.The results indi-cate that collaborative innovation in work mechanisms,technical paths,and planning content and methods is an important guarantee for a-chieving high-quality development of the new towns in bay area.
