Exploration into the Intensive Design Strategy of the Communist Party of China Huli District Party School
In the context of urban densification, there is an increasing trend of tightness in building land. The development and design of compact architectural space has become an effective approach to achieving sustainable development of campus architecture. This paper pri-marily elucidates how the design team, under the constraints of limited land availability at the Lakeside District Committee Party School in Zhongguan, employed compact design strategies. They utilized diverse,three-dimensional,composite,and internally and externally permea-ble methods to enrich the overall spatial quality of the Party School building, making it more open and flexible. These measures meet the multi-dimensional spatial requirements for innovative education and demonstrate how compact design enhances overall building quality while efficiently utilizing space. This study provides valuable insights for reference and emulation in promoting sustainable development within modern Party School architecture.
