夏热冬暖地区超低能耗建筑设计研究

以福州建工(集团)总公司"建筑生产基地"项目为研究对象,围绕夏热冬暖地区超低能耗建筑设计思路,采用融入气候适应性策略、规划围护结构、优化机电系统配置、应用可再生能源等措施,建筑综合节能率达50.21%,依据《近零能耗建筑技术标准》(GB/T51350-2019)中,已成功取得超低能耗建筑标识.通过项目实践成果,依托基于的BIM数字孪生技术,探讨夏热冬暖地区超低能耗建筑设计与运维策略,强调从设计到运营的全方位综合考量对实现超低能耗建筑目标的关键作用,为夏热冬暖地区超低能耗建筑的设计提供经验和参考.
Research on the design of ultra-low energy consumption buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas
This paper takes the'building production base'project of Fuzhou Construction Engineering(Group)Corporation as the research object,focusing on the design ideas of ultra-low energy consumption building in hot summer and warm winter areas.By taking the integra-tion of climate adaptation strategies,planning envelope structure,optimising the configuration of mechanical and electrical systems,the ap-plication of renewable energy and other measures,the comprehensive energy saving rate of the building reaches 50.21%.According to the'Technical Standard for Near-Zero Energy Consumption Buildings'GB/T51350-2019,the project has successfully obtained the logo of ultra-low energy consumption buildings.Through the practical results of the project,relying on the BIM-based digital twin technology,the design,operation and maintenance strategies of ultra-low energy consumption buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas were discussed.It illustrates the key role of comprehensive consideration from design to operation in achieving the goal of ultra-low energy con-sumption buildings.Meanwhile,it also provides valuable experience and reference for the design of ultra-low energy consumption build-ings in hot summer and warm winter areas.
