地铁施工中,下穿地铁施工和基坑开挖是整个工程中的关键阶段.在地下土壤扰动和路面荷载的影响下,路面和临近既有建筑物都将产生一定程度的沉降,构成潜在威胁.为此,结合实际工程案例,对地铁施工中的路面沉降、建筑物沉降和地下水位变化进行监测,并通过监测结果数据分析施工各阶段路面和建筑物沉降,以及地下水位的变化趋势,从而确定监测的重点时段和监测要求,提高监测效率和精度.同时,预测因沉降和地下水位变化引起的潜在风险,以便及时发现超限部位并及时做出补救措施,确保工程安全和后续使用安全.
Research on the Impact of Subway Construction on Road Surface Settlement and Existing Buildings
In subway construction,underpass subway construction and excavation of foundation pits are crucial stages in the entire pro-ject.Under the influence of underground soil disturbance and road load,the road surface and adjacent existing buildings will experience a certain degree of settlement,causing a potential threat.This article combined with practical engineering cases to monitor road surface settle-ment,building settlement and groundwater level changes during subway construction.By analyzing the monitoring results,the trend of road surface,building settlement and groundwater level changes in each stage of construction is determined,and the critical monitoring periods and requirements are determined to improve the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring.And also predicting potential risks caused by settle-ment and changes of groundwater level,in order to take remedial measures in time even if exceeding the limit is discovered,and ensure the safety of the project and subsequent use.
