Soft soil foundation construction is the key and difficult point in municipal road construction.In order to discuss the on-site construction management of cement mixing piles,taking the road construction project of Hubin South Road(Chenggang Avenue～Tianfei Road)as an example,the on-site construction management of cement mixing piles is discussed under the comprehensive consideration of geological conditions,engineering requirements and project time node requirements.By strictly formulating and implementing the construc-tion management system,we strictly control the materials and cement mix ratio of cement mixing piles entering the site,pay attention to the construction technology and on-site monitoring of cement mixing piles,strictly implement the quality inspection of cement mixing piles in the later stage,and strictly control various indicators of cement mixing piles to ensure the quality of cement mixing piles.Provide reference for similar project management.
