摘要

通过破坏性测试和回弹方法,研究了水胶比、养护条件、密实程度对混凝土抗压强度和平均回弹值的影响.结果表明:水胶比、养护条件、密实程度对混凝土的抗压强度有明显的影响,且具有显著的规律性,但这一影响无法通过测试混凝土的平均回弹值进行预测.此外,随着养护龄期的增加,不同水胶比、养护条件以及密实程度的混凝土抗压强度误差值逐渐降低,而平均回弹值的误差值都处于一个较高的水平.在工程实际中,遇到回弹值不足的现象时,应当结合取芯或其他更为可靠的测试方法综合判断.

Abstract

The effects of water-cement ratio,curing condition and compactness degree on the compressive strength and average rebound value of concrete are studied by destructive test and rebound method.The results show that:the water-cement ratio,curing condition and compactness degree have obvious effects on the compressive strength of concrete with significant regularity,but these effects cannot be pre-dicted by the average rebound value of concrete.In addition,with the increase of curing age,the error values of compressive strength of con-crete with different water-binder ratio,curing conditions and compaction degree gradually decrease,while the error values of average re-bound values are at a high level.When the phenomenon of insufficient rebound value is encountered in engineering practice,it should be combined with coring or other more reliable testing methods.
