Analysis and correction of the error of the formula of the amount of water to be added to the soda residue lime soil
A certain water content is the precondition for good road performance of lime stabilized soil.There is a certain error between the actual moisture content and the target moisture content of the test specimens,such as the soda residue lime soil compaction test,given by the formula for the amount of water to be added in the specification(JTG E51-2009).For this reason,the concreting experiments of soda residue lime soil with different soda residue content and different target moisture content were designed to analyze the actual moisture con-tent of soda residue lime soil and the error of target moisture content,and the original formula of adding water was revised.The results showed that adding water according to the standard formula resulted in significant error between the actual moisture content of specimens and the designed target moisture content.Through the error multiple linear fitting,considering the influence factors of soda residue content and target moisture content,the correction coefficient η is designed on the basis of the original water addition formula to modify the water addition formula,and the expression of correction coefficient is given.Through the error precision analysis of the new formula and the old formula,the results show that the actual moisture content of soda residue lime soil samples is closer to the design moisture content accord-ing to the modified new formula,and the new formula is more suitable for the calculation of moisture content of soda residue lime soil.The research results have a good reference value for the mix design of soda residue lime soil and the control of construction water content.
