建筑抹灰工程存在容易开裂的问题,在不同墙体界面处、电线管道开槽处、预制叠合板板底拼缝处等位置尤为明显,不符合高质量居住环境需求.以实际项目为例,采用高延性PVA纤维增强水泥砂浆的办法,给出其对应的配合比、拌制流程关键技术、工艺流程等内容,通过实际工程应用,验证了该方法的合理性,取得了明显的经济效益,可为建筑抹灰工程提供有益的参考.
Preparation of high-ductility PVA fiber reinforced cement mortar and its engineering application
The construction plastering project has the problem of easy cracking,especially at different wall interfaces,wire duct grooves,and the bottom joints of prefabricated composite panels,which does not meet the requirements of high-quality living environment.This article takes an actual project as an example,using the method of high ductility PVA fiber reinforced cement mortar,and provides its corresponding mix proportion,key technologies in the mixing process,and process flow.Through practical engineering applications,the rationality of this method has been verified,and significant economic benefits have been achieved,which can provide useful reference for building plastering engineering.
