Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Prefabricated Buildings in Fuzhou City under the Background of New Industrialization of Construction Industry
The vigorous promotion of prefabricated buildings is an essential pathway to fully implementing the new development philosophy and propelling the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Fuzhou,the capital of Fujian Province,has been comprehen-sively accelerating the development of prefabricated buildings,adhering to quality leadership and innovation-driven development.The city has been vigorously advancing various crucial tasks outlined in the national demonstration city for prefabricated buildings program.This pa-per analyzes the current development status of prefabricated buildings in Fuzhou from the perspectives of policy background,market status,and technical and personnel status.It then proposes targeted countermeasure suggestions to provide support for propelling the development of prefabricated buildings in Fuzhou under the background of new-type construction industrialization.
