Research on the engineering cost control in EPC projects
The effectiveness of project cost control will affect the profits and investment benefits of EPC projects.This paper analyzes the problems existing in traditional EPC project cost control,and proposes effective measures for EPC project cost control based on cases.Through the establishment of matrix EPC project management organization,the economic concept of quota design into the design stage,the implementation of dynamic cost management in the construction stage,and the measures to improve the technical and economic management ability of engineering cost personnel,the ability and effectiveness of project cost control and control can be improved,and the overall eco-nomic benefits of EPC projects can be improved.
