摘要

为筛选福建柏优良无性系,在福建省大田梅林国有林场开展福建柏无性系测定及选择试验.结果表明:郁闭后的福建柏无性系幼林树高年均生长量达0.77 m以上,胸径年均生长量达1.14 cm以上.12a林龄时树高、胸径和单株立木材积均值分别为9.21m、14.19 cm和0.0515 m3.生长性状在无性系间具有丰富且稳定的遗传变异,树高、胸径的遗传变异系数8 a林龄后分别介于3.17%~3.99%和8.59%~8.97%之间,单株立木材积的遗传变异系数始终维持在16%以上.这种变异受到持续的中强度遗传控制,树高重复力维持在0.4438~0.6506之间,胸径重复力为0.5613~0.7453,单株立木材积重复力在0.6250~0.7423之间.依据12 a林龄时材积遗传增益筛选出9个速生优良无性系,平均树高、胸径、单株立木材积分别为9.76 m、15.79 m和0.0747 m3,遗传增益分别为3.44%、8.40%和25.61%.

Abstract

To select superior clones of Fokienia hodginsii,a clone evaluation and selection experiment was conducted at Meilin State Forest Farm in Datian,Fujian Province.The results indicated that the average annual height increment of the F.hodginsii clones after closure ex-ceeded 0.77 m,and the average annual diameter at breast height(DBH)increment exceeded 1.14 cm.At the age of 12 years,the mean tree height,DBH,and volume were 9.21 m,14.19 cm,and 0.0515 m3,respectively.There was abundant and stable genetic variation among the clones,with the genetic variation coefficients for tree height and DBH after 8 years of forest age ranging from 3.17%to 3.99%and 8.59%to 8.97%,respectively.The genetic variation coefficient for volume consistently exceeded 16%.These variations were under contin-uous moderate-intensity genetic control,with the repeatability of tree height maintaining between 0.4438 and 0.6506,the repeatability of DBH maintaining between 0.5613 and 0.7453,and the repeatability of volume maintaining between 0.6250 and 0.7423.Based on the ge-netic gain in volume at the age of 12 years,nine rapid-growing superior clones were selected,with an average tree height of 9.76 m,DBH of 15.79 m,and volume of 0.0747 m3,resulting in genetic gains of 3.44%,8.40%,and 25.61%,respectively.
