Phenological genetic variation and selection of sprouting-leaf unfolding stage of Cerasus campanulata clones
In order to classify the phenology of sprouting-leaf unfolding stage of Fujian cherry(Cerasus campanulata)clones,41 grafted clones were observed for 2 years in Beishan Village,Mangdang Town,Yanping District,Nanping City,Fujian Province. The results showed that there were significant differences in phenology among clones during sprouting-leaf unfolding stage. The repeatability of leaf bud ex-pansion stage, leaf bud opening stage, leaf expansion stage and leaf flourishing stage were 0.732,0.899,0.954 and 0.958,respectively.Ac-cording to the systematic clustering of clones at the leaf expansion stage and leaf flourishing stage,41 clones can be divided into three types:early type, middle type and late type. The average time from the leaf expansion stage to leaf expansion stage was 11 days.Taking the first flowering and then leaf type as the pre-condition and the peak flowering stage as the target character, one clone was selected from the early, middle and late leaf spreading types as the early, middle and late flowering clones.
