摘要

针对福建古田溪混合式抽水蓄能电站工程建设特点,在明确影响评价区和占地区生物多样性背景信息、分布格局、种间互相作用、动态趋势等基础上,分析项目建设和运营对当地生物多样性的影响.结果表明:项目建设和运营对当地生物多样性的影响处于中低度级别.据此提出切实可行的措施,将项目建设对自然保护区生物多样性影响降低到最低程度,为古田人工湖自然保护区主管部门决策提供科学依据.

Abstract

In view of the construction characteristics of the hybrid pumped storage power station project in Gutian Creek,Fujian,on the basis of exploring the background information,distribution pattern,interspecific interaction,and dynamic trends of biodiversity in the im-pact assessment area and occupied area,analyzing the impact of project construction and operations on local biodiversity,the results showed the impact of project construction and operation on local biodiversity was at a medium to low impact level.And feasible measures to mitigate the impact of project construction on the assessment area are proposed to minimize the impact of project construction on the biodiversity of the natural reserve.It provides a scientific basis for the decision-making of Gutian Artificial Lake Nature Reserve authori-ties.
